Tell me a little about yourself? Hi! I am Chelsey Norman, owner of Chels & Co and am also a real estate agent! I am a Tennessean born and raised in Clarksville and currently living in Nashville with my husband, Robert.

Do you have any hobbies? Does being a local foodie and watching sunsets qualify as hobbies? I love trying all the new restaurants with my hubby, friends, and family! And sunsets are the best on our boat at the lake!

What else do you enjoy? Being on the water is my favorite whether that be on the lake, at my parents pool, or traveling to the beach or somewhere tropical! I also enjoy taking pictures, going on walks, and hosting friends and family on our rooftop in downtown Nashville!

How long have you been organizing? If you ask my friends and family, they will probably tell you I was born organizing. When I was a kid, I used to love moving my room around and organizing, then reorganizing again. Also, I have been helping friends and family organize as long as I can remember… whether that was helping them declutter before listing a home, unpacking from a move, or just wanting to get more organized in the kitchen or kiddos room. So I guess you can say I have been organizing all my life.

Why organize professionally? Looking back on my on previous jobs, I realized what I enjoyed most was helping people learn, finding solutions to problems, and making things more efficient. Combining the things I enjoy with my passion for organizing was a no brainer.

How do you organize professionally and manage being a Real Estate Agent? I have found these two things often go hand in hand and are two services I can offer together to reach your home goals. I am truly so excited to help bring the calm and peace to your home through Professional Organizing, Real Estate, or both!

What qualities do you bring to the table? I am a hard worker, very responsible, honest, and loyal (shout out to my fellow Enneagram 1’s!). These are qualities I am proud of and hope to share with future clients!
